ASHTAS is a national training and accreditation scheme comprising a graduated pathway for individuals installing and maintaining road safety barriers in Australia and New Zealand.
The training starts with entry-level safety and installation basics, followed by specialized courses for different road safety barrier types. It includes an Operative Course for beginners and Installer Courses (A and B) for advanced accreditation in specific barrier systems.
