Introduction
This short course is for students who are looking to transfer their TC2-TMI2 tickets to Victoria. This course provides localised content for completion.Target Audience
This skill set if for individuals looking to transfer their tickets to Victoria. Learners will complete Victoria state specific training and upon successful completion will receive a Statement of Completion.
Course Requirements:

- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have Language‚ Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills to ACSF level 2 or above (not required if previously completed with CivilEdge)
- Completion of 'RIISS00058 Traffic Controller Skill Set for Urban Streets and Low Volume Rural Roads' (TC1 Skill Set)
- Completion of the 'RIISS00060 Traffic Management Implementer Skill Set for Urban Streets and Low Volume Rural Roads' (TMI 1 Skill Set)
- Completion of the 'RIISS00059 Traffic Controller Skill Set for High Volume Roads' (TC 2 Skill Set)
- Completion of the 'RIISS00061 Traffic Management Implementer Skill Set for High Volume Roads' (TMI 2 Skill Set)
Learning Outcomes
- Prepare to control traffic and operate communication devices
- Control traffic at traffic signals where signals have been turned off
- Control traffic on high volume roads
- Prepare to implement traffic management plan
- Set out & monitor traffic guidance scheme
- Conduct housekeeping activities & close down work activities
- Ensure the work health and safety requirements are adhered to by all
- Communicate regularly with client, personnel, and other relevant parties
- Diagnose and solve routine problems
- Monitor & coordinate work program
- Maintain operating records
